:First the seller delivered a press release with a bunch of spelling errors / grammar mistakes and then said she would charge us more just to revise the press release she prepared with proper subheadings. She refused to cancel our order after we found several spelling mistakes along with grammar problems and didn't provide professional and hospitable customer service. All her spelling mistakes showed a lack of due care and attention to the writing of our press release. How does she expect that sending out a press release about a book with all those spelling errors will impress anyone?
